Japan Q3 GDP Revised Lower

Japan’s economy grew 0.3 percent in the third quarter from the previous one, revised down from a preliminary estimate of 0.5 percent, data on Monday showed.

On an annualized basis, Japan’s economy grew 1.1 percent, down from an initial reading of 1.9 percent. The data highlights that the recovery in the world’s third largest economy is not yet on solid ground.

Still, analysts said they were not too concerned about the outlook.
