China’s Exports Increase More Than Expected

China’s exports jumped by 34.9 percent in November compared to the same month one year ago. Analysts had predicted a 25 percent increase.

Imports also rose rapidly, up 37.7%, but not enough to stop the country’s controversial trade surplus widening by 15% from a year ago to almost $23bn.
