Observers Say Fed Will Buy $500 B in Bonds

Analysts predict the Federal Reserve will announce a second round of quantitative easing – dubbed “QE2” – beginning with $500 billion reserved for bond purchases. Fed policy makers are scheduled to meet today with details expected to be released tomorrow.
