UK Growth Remains Steady at 0.3%

The Office for National Statistics confirmed today that the UK economy grew 0.3 percent during the first quarter of the year. The ONS also revised growth figures for the second and third quarters of 2009, confirming that the economy contracted by 6.4 percent rather than the 6.2 percent reported previously.
