CanadaÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s dollar rallied the most since November on a government report showing a record increase in employment last month.
The nationÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s economy gained 108,700 jobs in April after an increase of 17,900 in the previous month, Statistics Canada said today in Ottawa. The median forecast of 22 economists in a Bloomberg News survey was for an increase of 25,000. CanadaÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s unemployment rate dropped to 8.1 percent from 8.2 percent.
