OPEC is meeting this week and this is likely to dominate discussion in the markets. Over the weekend, the world witnessed the demise of Fidel Castro at the age of 90 and is facing a post election U.S Dollar breakout rally. Cuba, in the past, has been a recipient of financial aid from OPEC as well. We speak to Stephen Innes, Senior Asia Pacific FX Trader  at Oanda to better understand what these events would mean to investors globally.
