Canada’s Unemployment Rate Falls to 8.3%

Statistics Canada says the country’s unemployment rate fell slightly to 8.3 per cent last month as the economy added 43,000 jobs in January. As a result of the added jobs, Canada’s unemployment rate fell by 0.1 percentage point.
