Japan Suffers Record Loss in Exports

Romania will become the third European Union nation to receive emergency aid this year following in the footsteps of Latvia and Hungary. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) will lend Romania $12.95 billion euros (B$17.6 USD), the European Union will provide $5 billion euros (B$6.8 USD), while the World Bank will also provide $1 billion euros (B$1.35 USD).
